Hi Neighbors, My name is Buffy Stout, and just over a year ago I had the honor of starting a litter cleaning initiative in our neighborhood. Since moving to Little Flower 3 years ago, I’ve been lucky enough to have close proximity to neighborhood goings-on with my partner being on the board.
