š¾Pets of LFNA: A Love Letter to Linda
Meet Linda ā also known as the most beautiful cat in all the land.

Linda spent the first decade of her life living on a farm, where she had plenty of room for adventure. And adventure was something she took very seriously. She climbed all the trees and once managed to get herself so high in a tree that she had to be rescued by a bucket truck. Because apparently a regular cat rescue was simply not dramatic enough for Linda.
She has spent the last few years enjoying her retirement in Little Flower, where she has perfected the finer points of neighborhood cat life. She knows exactly when it is time to eat, and under no circumstances should anyone get between Linda and her treats. In fact, on two separate occasions, she took matters into her own paws and broke the treat jar trying to serve herself when her humansā schedules failed to meet her expectations.
Her sock hunting has remained one of her favorite pastimes, and she has always made sure everyone knows when the hunt is underway. Linda has a lot to say, and she has never been shy about saying it.
But beyond her beauty, her adventures and her very strong opinions about snack schedules, Linda has simply been a beloved member of our family. She has brought us years of companionship, laughter, comfort and more memories than we could ever count.
Linda is now nearing the end of her journey, and our hearts are breaking as we prepare to say goodbye. We know that when the time comes for her to cross the rainbow bridge, she will leave behind an irreplaceable hole in our home and in our hearts.
But before she goes, we want her to know just how loved she is ā by us and, we hope, by all of her Little Flower neighbors who have shared this little corner of the world with her.
So, Linda, this is your love letter.
Thank you for the adventures.
Thank you for the sock hunts.
Thank you for keeping us on schedule for treats.
Thank you for being impossibly beautiful.
And thank you for being ours.
We will carry the very best of you with us forever.
Run free, sweet Linda. May there be endless trees to climb, socks to hunt and treats that never run out. ā¤ļøš¾š
With all our love,
